We recommend that you book an appointment to secure the day and time you are wanting which can be done in person, over the phone, or through our website which will require credit card information to secure your appointment request. We ask all new clients that need to fill out forms to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to relax and receive the full benefit of our services. If your arrival is 15 minutes past the time of your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule in order to accommodate the next guest.  


 If you find you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we request a 24 hour notice for cancellation or reschedules. Guests who do not honor their scheduled appointments and call without a 24 hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee or rescheduling fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment that was scheduled. Guests who do not show up to their scheduled treatments will be charged full price of scheduled services on their next visit. 


We love walk-ins and we will try to accommodate you if time permits. Our best advice is if you prefer a specific professional to call ahead to see if there is any time available.
